Dry Fog
Smaller droplets rebound from surfaces creating a vapor. The vapor, as well as the fumes, create an inescapable environment for mold and bacteria. Our process eliminates the need for demolition in many case and gives our customers a better result over the old-fashioned, mold- remediation methods.
Wet Fog
The larger droplets burst and create wet surfaces, like rain. The larger particle size also creates gaps in molecular coverage and leaves a residue. This process typically does require costly demolition and more time away from your home or office due to repairs and lengthy clean-up.
